This project involves the comprehensive design and development of a line-following robot, built entirely from scratch. It covers all stages of the process: mechanical design, electronic circuit development, programming, and manufacturing.
This is how RUMBO comes to life.
The robot uses infrared sensors to detect its path, with its behavior controlled by custom code programmed in Arduino.
The outer shell is modeled using 3D design software and manufactured with a resin-based 3D printer, ensuring both precision and a high-quality finish. RUMBO is a fully integrated project that reflects a balance between functionality, aesthetics, and engineering.
